I had no idea mandarin orange peels offered so many health benefits! It's amazing that something most of us throw away could help with cholesterol, blood sugar, liver health, and even digestion. I've been trying to make small changes in my routine like adding natural remedies and replacing quick McDonalds breakfast with something healthy and nutritious.
