Mandarin oranges are widely available during this Lunar New Year season. Do not discard the peels after consuming the oranges. Air dry and repurpose them. Let's reduce food wastage together.
They can be kept in the fridge for a long period of time. I have seen some 15 years aged Mandarin peels in Chinese medical shops. The peels are also beneficial for health. They are a great addition to teas and soups, which I am gonna show you, lovely people. Please stay tuned.
