One of the lovely people asked if I had tea for rheumatoid arthritis. I did some research and found out the benefits of green tea. Besides easing the pain from rheumatoid arthritis, it also reduces the risk of heart diseases, boosts metabolism, and improves blood sugar control.
And jasmine came into my mind as there is a very popular canned jasmine flavored green tea beverage in Singapore. I also did some research on jasmine. To my surprise, it can actually speed up wound healing and is beneficial for skin diseases. Cheers!
PS: This is not a miracle tea. Please consult a doctor for health problems.
