Transfer instant coffee, pumpkin spice and sugar to a glass.
Add just enuff water to froth.
Froth until foamy with a milk frother.
Add some ice cubes to a serving glass.
Fill it up with milk to about 3/4 way full.
Top it with the froth coffee mixture.
Dust some pumpkin spice over the top.
Serve immediately.
