These 2 ingredients have been appearing in the comment section of my parsley tea TikTok post. I thought why not combine the 2 together? I decided to take a cold brewing route for this recipe, cos ya know, sometimes I enjoy a cold cup of tea.
You can of cos simmer the water with nettle and fennel, strain and enjoy it hot. You should know the drill by now. Simmer for 3 to 5 mins, cover and steep for 10 mins. Anyway, nettle leaves are great for painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis and gout. Fennel seeds are also great for regulating blood pressure.
PS: This is not a miracle tea. Please consult a doctor.
