Someone asked me about the cookie butter that I just made. You asked and you shall receive. Trust me, vegemite always takes toasts to another level of yummiliciousness. I even made a video about how to enjoy vegemite properly on my social media. Check it out. In the meantime, let's devour this fabulous toast.
Stale Bread, 2 Slices
Unsalted Butter, 2 Heaping Spread
Vegemite, 2 Tiny Spread
Cookie Butter Homemade, 2 Heaping Spread
Bananas Sliced Lengthwise, 2 Less or More
Granulated Sugar, A Few Sprinkles
Black Sesame Seeds, A Few Sprinkles
Cast Iron Skillet / Pan

Spread butter onto the bread, 1 side only.
Toast in a skillet until crispy brown.
Transfer onto a serving plate, browned side up.
Spread vegemite onto the toast.
Followed by the cookie butter.
Place sliced bananas over the top.
Sprinkle some sugar onto the bananas.
Brûlée with a blowtorch.
Lastly, sprinkle some black sesame seeds over the top.
