Strawberries Ricotta Tartine

It looks like I was really on an open-faced toast or tartine craze over the course of 2018. This dish was among the craze. Actually, this recipe was inspired by one of my InstaFam, ; please head over to her profile page and give her a follow. She has an array of gorgeous dishes. Most of them look like a Michelin starred dish, yes they are that gorgeous!

I didn't know that strawberries would taste so good with balsamic vinegar. A match made in heaven! It just adds another layer of funkiness and really gives an extra oomph at the back of your mouth. I also used my homemade ricotta for this tartine. Once you start making your own homemade ricotta, you will never go back to those store-bought ones. Anyway, I really hope you will give this recipe a try.
