Greek Pumpkin Spice Latte

After some brunch, let's indulge in some warm and cozy latte. To be honest, at 1st sip, this coffee indeed tastes weird, but after a few more sips, it gets more and more interesting. There is not a need to spend $6 over at the green mermaid. You can simply make this at home with the ingredients you probably have on hands.

To make pumpkin puree, you can either roast a pumpkin in an oven until it almost falls apart or you can use those canned ones. I personally find that by roasting the pumpkin in the oven adds a subtle touch of smokiness to the latte. If you are wondering what makes this latte Greek, is the frothed Nescafé coffee. I hope you will enjoy making this special cup of latte in this special season. Cheers!
