One of the many reasons why I don't usually create Halloween theme dishes is the use of food coloring. In my own perception, using food coloring is somewhat a "blasphemy". Perhaps I already know what kinda harmful chemicals are used to make the coloring. Not until I found out about those natural organic food coloring. The coloring is draw from natural organic plant based ingredients, in that way, the consumers know what they are putting into their bodies. Altho, they can be very pricy, but at least, they are safe for human consumption, right?
You should've known by now about my awful relationship with whipping cream. It is either the whipped cream weep after piping process or the whipped cream fall apart after sitting in the fridge for quite a while. After many experiments and researching online, I finally found one method that actually works. The whipped cream does not weep over time and it is able to hold it's stiff shape. Pls do not use commercial bottled whipped cream, it will not work for this recipe (speaking from experience). As soon as I brought this milkshake for my kids, they are amazed and impressed. Yes, they devoured everything within seconds! Wow your kids too with this recipe. Happy Halloween!
